Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě průzkumu poskytovaných služeb v Hotelu LaRosa ve Frýdku-Místku vyhodnotit aktuálně nabízené služby a navrhnout inovace jak ubytovacích, tak stravovacích služeb. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to evaluate offered services in Hotel LaRosa in Frýdek-Místek and to propose an innovation of currently offered services as in accommodation as in catering services, based on exploration.
