Abstract:
Práce pojednává o fungování Mimořádného lidového soudu v Hradci Králové v letech 1945 – 1948 a jeho ohlasu v dobovém tisku. V práci je také krátce nastíněn vznik velkého retribučního dekretu č. 16/1945 Sb. a jeho další změny. Ve druhé části práce jsou vybrány a rekonstruovány čtyři vzorové procesy před hradeckým soudem. In this bachelor thesis are described activities of Extraordinary People´s Court in Hradec Králové during the period 1945 – 1948 and its reflection in contemporary press. In this elaboration is shortly described birth of retribution patent no. 16\1945 Sb. and its further changes.
