Customs clearance process of the shipments in company PELMI spol. s r.o.
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení celního procesu a s ním souvisejících činností v rámci společnosti PELMI spol. s r.o. Zlepšením je myšleno zvýšení pracovní výkonnosti, zkvalitnění celního procesu a eliminace nadbytečných činností. Podklad pro analýzu vychází z interního informačního systému a brainstormingu se spolupracovníky. K dosažení cíle jsou v práci použity nástroje managementu kvality.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the improvement of a customs process and related activities within company PELMI spol. s r.o. Improvement is to be understood an increase in work performance, and quality of the customs process as well as eliminating redundant activities.
