The Social Dialogue in the Czech Labour Law and its Limiting Factors

Abstract:

The thesis of this diploma is social dialogue in czech labour law. At the beggining of this paper, there is a short introduction of labour law and collective labour law. Diploma continues with definition of social dialogue and its levels and different forms. Then it focuses on definition and description of social partners, with their rights on workplaces. Next part of work focuses on collective bargaining and collective labour disputes. Work continues with european social dialogue. At the end, a short introduction to non-legal factors that influences process of social dialogue.

Abstract:

Práca sa venuje sociálnemu dialógu v českom pracovnom práve a jeho limitujúcim faktorom. Je v nej vymedzený pojem sociálny dialóg a predstavené jeho úrovne. Ďalej sa práca zameriava na vymedzenie a popis subjektov sociálneho dialóg. V ďalšej časti je pojednané o právom upravenej časti sociálneho dialógu, kolektívnom vyjednávaní, a riešení kolektívnych pracovných sporov. Následuje uvedenie európskeho sociálneho dialógu a nakoniec sú charakterizované ďalšie mimoprávne faktory, ktoré sociálny dialóg ovplyvňujú.
