Abstract:
Tématem práce je analýza systému hodnocení pracovního výkonu v nevýrobním podniku, aplikovaná na konkrétní podnik, kterým je sklad v České republice. Analyzovány jsou pozice skladníků/skladnic a koordinátorů/koordinátorek za poslední čtvrtletí roku 2017. Cílem práce je - za využití odborné literatury, zjištění, zda je systém hodnocení v tomto skladu dostačující, či zda je vhodné jej vylepšit. Pomocí …more

The theme of the thesis is the analysis of employees’ performance appraisal in the non-manufacturing company, applied to a particular company (a warehouse in the Czech Republic). The positions of the warehousemen/women and coordinators for the last quarter of year 2017 have been analysed.
