V této práci jsou studovány stereospecifické efekty na nukleární receptory steroidních hormonů, především estrogenita a antiestrogenita vybranými PCB kongenery včetně atropisomerů PCB 136. Teoretická část je rešerší dosavadních poznatků o PCB a především o jejich neurotoxicitě, dioxinové toxicitě a endokrinní disrupci. Důležitá je také zmínka o stereoisomerii PCB. Abstract:
In this thesis stereospecific effects on transactivation of nuclear steroid receptors, mainly estrogenity and antiestrogenity sampled from PCBs congeners include atropisomers PCB 136 are studied. The theoretic part is the recherche of present knowledge about PCBs and mainly about their neurotoxicity, dioxin-like activity and endocrine disrupting effects.
