Práce se zabývá analýzou zásobovací logistiky konkrétního restauračního a hotelového provozu. V současné době vysoké a tvrdé konkurence hraje v tomto odvětví zásobování čím dál tím důležitější roli. The thesis deals with the analysis of supply logistics of specific restaurant and hotel operation.
