Estimating Value of Land for Sale Purposes
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce mapuje porevoluční vývoj oceňovacích předpisů (zákonu, vyhlášek a předpisů souvisejících) v oblasti oceňování nemovitostí a speciálně pozemků s tím, že sleduje vývoj cen dle předpisů a cen obvyklých. Na konkrétním príkladu - pozemky určené anebo zastavěné komunikacemi a to typu D, R a I. - ilustruje možnosti stanovení ceny obvyklé nikoliv speciálními metodami, jež byly v ČR převzaty …more
Abstract:
Changes which the society in the Czech Republic went through in political sphere brought anticipated changes in all realms of human doing whereas the most striking ones are reflected in economics. This work shows changes in methods of land evaluation in Czech Republic in past 20 years.
