Diplomová práce se zabývá indexem potravinové bezpečnosti ve Zlínském kraji. Teoretická část je zaměřena na potravinovou bezpečnost, její bariéry, pilíře a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. The diploma thesis deals with the food security index in the Zlin region. The theoretical part is focused of food safety, its barriers, pillars and factors that influence it. It also deals with the health safety of food, food labeling, the position of food safety in the country's safety system and measurement of food security.
