Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru neboli PPP projekty. Zkoumá realizaci PPP projektů, hledá její úskalí a případné bariéry bránící realizaci PPP projektů v České republice, kde projekty realizované tímto způsobem nemají příliš dobrou pověst. The thesis deals with the issue of public-private-partnerships (PPP projects). It characterizes the concept of PPP projects and their properties, describes different types of projects and also focuses on their financing.
