Abstract:

Absolventská dokumentace popisuje průběh vedení sekce Fundraising v rámci Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2017. Tato hodnotící zpráva je zaměřena nejen na výkon vedoucí sekce a na výkon členů, přibližuje také jednotlivé cíle a účel sekce. Projektové analýzy, vytvořené na začátku daného procesu, pomáhají autorce práce uchopit celkový koncept vedení. Tato dokumentace se zabývá podstatou sekce Fundraising, jaké dokumenty jsou v sekci především využívány či jaké výstupy sekci během roku čekají. Práce je doplněna hodnocením jednotlivých sponzorů, důvody odmítnutí a hodnocením vzájemné spolupráce. Nastupující vedoucí sekce Fundraising má díky této dokumentaci k dispozici veškeré podklady pro úspěšné pokračování v navazování spolupráce s partnery.

Abstract:

This project documentation deals with the Fundraising Section and its leadership within the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2017. This work describes the members of the section and the leadership of the section, and it presents concrete goals and strategies. The methods of project management help the author with the whole concept of leadership. This project documentation describes the purpose of the Fundraising Section, documents which are necessary during the year, and also the section's contributions/achievements. There is also information about results. In this work, the author evaluates communication with sponsors, their responses, and reasons for rejections. The author also evaluates the mutual partnership. Thanks to this documentation, the next head of the Fundraising Section has resource materials to successfully continue establishing collaboration with partners.
