Teachers views on enhance of intergenerational relationships among children in the kindergarten

Abstract:

Podporovat u dětí předškolního věku úctu ke stáří a seniorům samotným, by mělo být samozřejmostí. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na názory učitelů mateřských škol na problematiku podpory mezigeneračních vztahů týkající se dětí předškolního věku se seniory. Teoretická část je rozdělena do šesti základních kapitol. První tři kapitoly jsou věnovány charakteristice vybraných aktérů - učitelé, děti předškolního věku a senioři. V následujících kapitolách teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy mezigenerační učení, mezigenerační kontakty a vztahy. Poslední kapitola v sobě skýtá charakteristiku konceptu mezigeneračních programů zaměřující se zejména na spolupráci seniorů s dětmi předškolního věku v rámci různých činností a aktivit. V praktické části jsou pomocí kvantitativního výzkumného designu, konkrétně metody dotazníkového šetření mapovány názory učitelů mateřských škol Zlínského kraje na problematiku podpory mezigeneračních vztahů mezi dětmi předškolního věku a seniory.

Abstract:

Promoting respect for old age and seniors themselves should be a matter of course for pre-school children. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the opinions of kindergarten teachers on the issue of supporting intergenerational relationships concerning preschool children with the elderly. The theoretical part is divided into six basic chapters. The first three chapters are devoted to the characteristics of selected actors - teachers, preschool children and seniors. The following chapters of the theoretical part clarify the concepts of intergenerational learning, intergenerational contacts and relationships. The last chapter describes the concept of intergenerational programs focusing mainly on the cooperation of seniors with preschool children in various activities. In the practical part, the views of kindergarten teachers of the Zlín Region on the issue of supporting intergenerational relations between preschool children and seniors are mapped using quantitative research design, specifically the method of questionnaire survey.
