Podnikatelský plán pro Import-Export Startup z Ekvádoru do České republiky

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce představuje podrobný podnikatelský plán pro založení společnosti Global Equinox, start-upu zabývajícím se importem a exportem. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část, z nichž každá se skládá ze čtyř kapitol: Podnikatelská příležitost, Organizační plán, Marketingový plán a Finanční plán. První kapitola popisuje, že malí producenti na ekvádorských a českých trzích mají silnou poptávku po společnostech spravujících dovoz a vývoz, které je mohou přímo spojit s potenciálními zahraničními zákazníky (např. místními distributory a maloobchodníky). Tato část také zdůrazňuje, že Global Equinox, jakožto společnost pro správu importu a exportu, může uspokojit tuto tržní nutnost; k jeho potvrzení jsou později prezentovány výsledky přístupu MVP. Druhá kapitola popisuje organizační plán společnosti, jehož cílem je stát se lídrem v odvětví správy importu a exportu v Ekvádoru, propojením trhů prostřednictvím vynikající služby charakterizované jeho pozoruhodným týmem a automatizovanými procesy. Robustní platformy a aplikace budou doplňovat vynikající profesionální poradenství a zprostředkování. Společnost si zajistí horizontální strukturu a bude počítat s multidisciplinárním personálem, aby se společnost mohla rychle přizpůsobit kolísavým požadavkům trhu. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na marketingovou sféru; výzkum prezentuje primární a sekundární data. K formování marketingového mixu byly použity hloubkové rozhovory. SWOT a PESTLE analýza byly hlavní nástroje pro přizpůsobení a definování konečné obchodní strategie a pro přípravu společnosti na možné změny a rizika. Závěrečná kapitola se zaměřuje na finanční oblast a potvrzuje, že investice ve výši $44 200 bude nezbytná pro založení společnosti, pro agresivní reklamní přístup a přípravu provozního kapitálu na potenciální změny na trhu. Očekává se, že bude mít stálý kladný čistý peněžní tok od sedmého měsíce a na konci prvního roku provozu vygeneruje čistý zisk $23 544,8.

Abstract:

The present thesis exposes an in-depth business plan for the creation of Global Equinox, an import/export management startup. The dissertation includes a Theoretical and Practical Part, each of them counts with four chapters: Business Opportunity, Organizational Plan, Marketing Plan, and Financial Plan. The first chapter describes that small producers in the Ecuadorian and Czech markets have a strong demand for import-export management companies which can connect them directly with potential foreign customers (e.g., local distributors, and retailers). This section also emphasizes that Global Equinox, as an import/export management company, can satisfy this market necessity; to corroborate it, the results of the MVP approach are later presented. The second chapter describes the company's organizational plan, setting as a purpose to be a leader in the import-export management industry in Ecuador, by connecting markets, through an outstanding service characterized by its remarkable team and automated processes. Robust platforms and applications will complement the outstanding professional advice and intermediation. The company will procure to keep a horizontal structure and count with multidisciplinary personnel so the company can adapt quickly to the fluctuating market demands. The third chapter focuses on the marketing sphere; the research presents primary and secondary data. In-depth interviewing was used to shape the marketing mix. The SWOT and PESTLE analysis were robust tools to adjust and define the final business strategy and for preparing the company for possible changes and risks. The final chapter focuses on the financial area, corroborating that an investment of $44 200 will be necessary for setting up the company, for taking an aggressive advertising approach, and preparing the working capital for the potential changes in the market. It is expected to have a constant positive net cash flow from the seventh month and generate $23 544,8 in net annual profit.
