Bakalářská práce se zabývá shrnutím základních pojmů k tématice kriminální recidiva. Ke znázornění situace v posledních letech v České republice a porovnání se současného stavu byly použity již vydané statistické údaje. Statistical data has been published to represent the situation in Czech republic in the past years and to compare it with the current state.
