Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit, jakou motivaci vzbuzují aktuálně nabízené zaměstnanecké benefity v automotive firmách u jednotlivých generací, které aktivně působí na trhu práce a vzhledem ke zjištěným výsledkům navrhnout vhodnou strukturu zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Teoretická část práce vychází z již existujících dat z empirických výzkumů na mezinárodní scéně. Praktická část práce využívá k naplnění cílů práce jak kvalitativní, tak i kvantitativní metody výzkumu a zaměřuje se na zaměstnance v sektoru automotive pracujících na území České republiky. Kvalitativní výzkum se zaměřuje na studium interních dokumentů a webových stránek automotive firem pro zjištění aktuálního portfolia nabízených zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Navazující kvantitativní výzkum obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, jež je vyhodnoceno napřed popisnou statistikou a následně pomocí Analýzy rozptylu či Kruskal-Wallisova testu dle vhodnosti pro daný datový soubor. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že preference zaměstnaneckých benefitů mezi generacemi Baby Boomers, generací X, Y a Z nejsou totožné. Příslušnost k určité generaci má vliv na portfolio zaměstnaneckých benefitů, které bude daný uchazeč o zaměstnání preferovat. Některé benefity lze využít plošně pro všechny generace, u jiných se vyplatí využívat je při cílení na konkrétní generaci. Tato práce přináší pohled na vnímání zaměstnaneckých benefitů očima jednotlivých generací. Vzhledem k šíři populace, kterou se práce snaží obsáhnout, téma vybízí k zúžení v podobě zaměření se na jednu konkrétní věkovou skupinu, kde by bylo možné věnovat se více do hloubky motivům vedoucím k těmto preferencím. Dále práce otevírá téma efektivního náboru, které lze pojmout komplexněji.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the motivation of the currently offered employee benefits in automotive companies among the generations that are active on the labour market and to propose a suitable structure of employee benefits in view of the results. The theoretical part of the paper is based on existing data from empirical research in the international arena. The practical part of the thesis uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods to meet the objectives of the thesis and focuses on employees in the automotive sector working in the Czech Republic. The qualitative research focuses on the study of internal documents and websites of automotive companies to determine the current portfolio of employee benefits offered. The follow-up quantitative research includes a questionnaire survey, which is evaluated first by descriptive statistics and then by Analysis of Variance or Kruskal-Wallis test according to the suitability for the given data set. The research results show that the preferences for employee benefits among Baby Boomers, Generations X, Y and Z are not identical. Belonging to a particular generation affects the portfolio of employee benefits that a given job seeker will prefer. Some benefits can be used across the board for all generations, while others are worth using when targeting a specific generation. This paper provides a view of the perception of employee benefits through the eyes of different generations. Given the breadth of the population that the thesis seeks to cover, the topic invites narrowing by focusing on one particular age group where the motives leading to these preferences could be explored in more depth. Furthermore, the thesis opens up the topic of effective recruitment, which can be treated in a more comprehensive way.
