Abstract:
Cílem této práce byla syntéza a studium fotochemických vlastností chráněné kyseliny fenylpropiolové. V průběhu této práce byly navrhnuty reakční podmínky pro zavedení fotoodstupitelné chránicí skupiny, její následné odchránění, dekarboxylaci a click reakci s organickým azidem. The main aim of this work was the synthesis and study of photochemical properties of protected phenylpropiolic acid. The reaction conditions for introducing a photoremovable protecting group, the subsequent deprotection, decarboxylation and the click reaction with an organic azide were designed.
