Česká a něměcká kultura a projektový management na příkladu případové studie Industry 4.0

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá třemi tématy. Prvním z nich je národní kultura a její vliv na kulturu podnikovou. V práci je identifikováno několik pohledů na problematiku kultury a jejích dimenzí. V další části jsou definovány základní pojmy z oboru projektového managementu podle mezinárodně uznávaného standardu PMI. Je osvětlen pojem projekt, projektový manažer, scope problematika a role podnikové strategie v projektech. V poslední teoretické kapitole je krátce, pro potřeby této práce, zmíněn pojem Industry 4.0 a několik konkrétních technoliogií, které se s touto problematikou nejčastěji pojí. Tyto tři okruhy jsou potom spojeny v praktické části a slouží jako podklad pro dvě případové studie, jijíchž cílem je aplikace znalostí získaných v teoretické části a jejich osvojení čtenářem respektive řešitelem.

Abstract:

This thesis primarily discusses three topics. The first one is national culture and its relationship with business culture in a given nation. A wide range of definitions with diverse dimensions of culture definition is identified. In the second part, the basic concepts from the field of project management are defined. For this, the internationally recognized methodology of PMI is employed. The concepts and terms defined include project, project manager, scope and the role of company strategy in project management. The last literature research part briefly defines Industry 4.0 and related technologies. These three topics are then used as a setting for two case studies, aiming to provide practical application for the previously defined concepts.
