Abstract:
Bakalářská práce v teoretické části obsahuje stručný úvod do elektroanalytické chemie, popis voltametrie a jejích technik, zejména cyklické voltametrie a diferenční pulzní voltametrie. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky stanovení kyseliny askorbové (vitamínu C) ve vitamínových tabletách. The theoretical part of my bachelor’s thesis deals with a brief introduction to electroanalytical chemistry, description of voltammetry and its techniques especially cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.
