Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zjišťuje, jaký mají senioři vztah k vlastnímu zdraví prostřednictvím vztahu k výživě, jako jednoho z důležitých faktorů kvalitního prožívání jejich života. Těžiště práce tvoří kvantitativní průzkumné šetření, jehož obsah je zaměřen na aspekty zdravého životního stylu a výživového chování seniorů žijících ve svém přirozeném sociálním prostředí. The bachelor work discovers the relationship of seniors to their own health in context to healthy nutrition principies. The general point of my work is quantitative invatigation, whitch content focuses on aspects of heathy lifestyle and senior?s nutrition behaviour in their natural social enviroment.
