Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám vytvářením školních matematických soutěží a jejich uvedením do vyučování. V teoretické části práce se věnuji motivaci žáků a jejímu vlivu na školní úspěšnost. Pozornost věnuji hře jako přirozené potřebě dětí a její úloze v podněcování iniciativy a soutěživosti u slabších žáků. Získané teoretické vědomosti jsem využila v prakticko-výzkumné části práce. Pro ověření některých svých předpokladů jsem sestavila dva dotazníky, pro žáky a pro učitele, které zjišťovaly oblíbenost matematicky a častost zařazování her do výuky a organizování soutěží pro žáky. Na základě reálného prostředí a literární podpory jsem sestavila dvě matematické soutěže, které jsem prakticky vyzkoušela se žáky dvou základních škol. Zabývala jsem se myšlenkou, jak tyto metody a formy práce kladně ovlivňují postoje žáků k matematice. Moje práce by mohla sloužit všem pedagogům, kteří mají zájem a chuť pustit se do netradičních způsobů výuky.

Abstract:

In the diploma thesis, I have dealt with creation of school mathematical contests and their implementation into lessons. In the theoretical section of the thesis, I have dealt with motivation of pupils and its impact on school success. I have described game as the natural children?s need, and I have dealt with its role within encouraging initiative and competitiveness for slower pupils. I have used theoretical knowledge in the practical and research section of the thesis. To check some of my assumptions, I made up two questionnaires, for pupils and for teachers, which were to assess popularity of mathematics and frequency of games used in lessons and contests arranged for pupils. Based on real environment and support of literature, I had prepared two mathematical contests, which I tested in practice with pupils of two elementary schools. I have dealt with the idea how such methods and forms of work affect positively pupils? attitude to mathematics. My thesis could be used by any teacher, who would like to use unconventional methods of teaching.
