Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám pojištěním odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla v ČR. Cílem práce je srovnání produktů jednotlivých pojistitelů v tomto pojištění. Práce popisuje historický vývoj pojištění, od jeho počátku až po současnost. Průběh pojištění před a po roce 1999, vznik zákona č. 168/1999 Sb., všechny jeho novelizace až do dnešní doby.
