Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá populací Tbet+ B-lymfocytů. Tyto Tbet+ B-lymfocyty jsou často popisovány jako součást ABCs. Oproti klasickým B-lymfocytům reagují především na stimulaci TLR. Tbet+ B-lymfocyty se ve větším počtu nacházejí u pacientů s některými infekčními nemocemi, CVID a autoimunitními nemocemi jako je např. SLE a revmatoidní artritida. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the population of Tbet+ B-lymphocytes. These Tbet+ B-lymphocytes are often described as a part of ABCs. In contrast to classical B-lymphocytes, these Tbet+ B-lymphocytes respond primarily to TLR stimulation.
