Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa zaoberá exekúciou na peňažné plnenie. Cieľom tejto práce je poukázať na význam núteného výkonu rozhodnutia prostredníctvom civilnoprávnej exekúcie s akcentom na exekúciu na peňažné plnenie.
