Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit, zda dodržením povinnosti oznámit vstup právnické osoby osoby do likvidace je současně splněna oznamovací povinnost likvidátora, jaký je účel a smysl likvidace, a jestli tomu odpovídá platná právní úprava.
Abstract:
Goal of my work is to analyse the obligation of a legal entity to enter process of liquidation, evaluate if notification obligation of the liquidator is being achieved, what is the purpose of liquidation and to what degree does the legislation check out.
