Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu strategie expanze na zahraniční trh. Cílem práce je navržení takové strategie na základě zpracované literární rešerše, interní analýzy zkoumaného podniku a externí analýzy zvoleného trhu, a následná identifikace problematických oblastí této strategie včetně jejího zhodnocení. This master's thesis focuses on the topic of foreign market expansion strategy. The aim of the thesis is to propose such a strategy based on a literature research, internal analysis of the examined company and external analysis of the selected market, and then to identify problematic areas of this strategy along with its evaluation.
