Tato disertační práce se zabývá separací malých iontů pomocí kapilární zónové elektroforézy (CZE) s bezkontaktní konduktometrickou detekcí (C4D) v biologických a environmentálních vzorcích. Pro úpravu biologických vzorků použita elektrodialýza (ED) v kombinaci s CZE. Díky této kombinaci je možné eliminovat vysokomolekulární látky které se lehce vážou na stěny křemenné kapiláry. This dissertation thesis deals with the separation of small ions in biological and environmental samples using capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) with capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detection (C4D).
