Cílem práce je popsat vývoj ekonomie blahobytu od jejího počátku do současnosti, upozornit při tom na úskalí jednotlivých názorů či směrů, zhodnotit použitelnost nové ekonomie blahobytu v podmínkách reálných ekonomik a na příkladu ČR či jiných států (příp.
