Motivation in Manger's Practice
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivací v manažerské praxi. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve vysvětleny nejdůležitější základní pojmy a poté jsou představeny různé druhy typů motivace a s tím související motivační teorie. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na interpretaci výsledků dotazníku, pomocí kterých jsem vyhodnotil důležitost jednotlivých motivačních faktorů.
Abstract:
This theses deals with motivation in managerial practice. The theoretical part explains the most important basic conceptions and then introduces the relevant motivation theories. In the practical part, I am focusing on interpretation of the results of a questionnaire, which helped me asses the importance of particular motivation factors.
