Abstract:
Diplomová práce Syndrom CAN se zabývá zejména právní úpravou Syndromu CAN, tedy syndromu týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte, zejména pak trestněprávní úpravou. Popisuje jednotlivé formy a projevy Syndromu CAN, dále také prevenci syndromu,věnuje se příčinám a následkům a také jeho obsahové stránce.

As far as the division of the diploma work, in the first chapter I deal with the syndrome of the concept of CAN. The second chapter is named “Children abuse and neglect“ and a historical overview thereof.
