Práce se primárně zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty společnosti Sportisimo s.r.o. k 1.4.2022. Sekundárním cílem práce je zhodnocení vlivu managementu na tvorbu hodnoty. Práce je rozdělena do několika hlavních částí, první část se zabývá použitými metodami a popisem podniku. The aim of the thesis is to determine the market value of Sportisimo s.r.o. as of 1st of April 2022. The secondary aim of the thesis is to evaluate the impact of management on value creation.
