Impact study of building a sport shooting stadium in the city of Dobřany

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývala studií dopadů budování střeleckého stadionu ve městě Dobřany. Hlavním cílem práce je posouzení socioekonomických dopadů. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je věnována teoretickým poznatkům. Cílem je nastínit možnou provázanost sektorů s výstavbou střeleckého centra. Strukturované rozhovory, vícekriteriální analýza a doba návratnosti jsou uvedeny v druhé kapitole. Závěrečná kapitola analyzuje dopady do vybraných oblastí. Vzhledem ke komplexnosti a nejasné situaci záměru byla provedena analýza a hodnocení finančních příjmů projektu. Dále provedl autor studii dopadů využití ubytovacích kapacit při hostování mezinárodních střeleckých soutěží. Předložené výstupy jsou pouze ilustrativní z důvodu absence informací a rané fáze projektu, avšak alespoň zčásti indikují možné socioekonomické dopady.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis dealt with the impact study of building a sports shooting stadium in the city of Dobřany. The main goal of the work is to expertize the socio-economic impacts of the project. The work is divided into three main chapters. The first one is devoted to theoretical pieces of knowledge. The aim is to outline the possible interconnection of sectors with the construction of the sports shooting center. Structured interviews, multi-criteria analysis and Payback Period are displayed in the second chapter. The last chapter analyses the impacts on chosen areas. Due to the complexity and unsure situation of the project, the investment efficiency rating based on the potential financial income was performed. Furthermore, the author conducted a study of the impact on accommodation capacity when hosting international shooting competitions. The presented achievements are only illustrative due to the information absenteeism and the initial phase of the project. However, they at least partially indicate possible socio-economic impacts.
