New building in historic village

Abstract:

Zamyšlení nad postupným vývojem lidských obydlí přes formování prvních vesnic až po dnešní novostavby na vesnici. Objasňuje historický vývoj domu, vysvětluje jevy a procesy, které v tomto několikasetletém období probíhají, zjišťuje a vysvětluje příznivé i nepříznivé důsledky vývoje těchto staveb na vesnici. Pozornost je věnována historickým písemným pramenům, archeologickým průzkumům, dochovaným stavbám, ale i životu na vesnici. Není opomenut ani vývoj zemědělství, které je úzce spjaté právě s historickým vývojem staveb. Zařazena je rovněž problematika postupného znehodnocování vesnic počátkem 20. století až po současnost a vytváření vesnických památkových rezervací. Studie novostavby na vesnici s historickou zástavbou by měla dát poučení projektantům, architektům i investorům, jak by měli situovat a navrhovat novostavby v prostředí vesnic, aby tyto stavby nenarušovaly vesnickou celistvost a historický vzhled. Celá práce je doplněna fotografiemi a kresbami, které vizualizují téma dané problematiky.

Abstract:

Reflections on the progressive development of human settlements through the formation of the first villages to today's new building in the village. It explains the historical development of the house, explains the phenomena and processes in the several hundred year period underway, identifies and explains the positive and negative consequences of the development of these structures in the village. Attention is paid to the historical written sources, archaeological surveys, preserved buildings, but also the life of the village. Not forgotten the development of agriculture, which is very closely linked with the historical development of structures. Included is also the issue of the gradual degradation of villages in the early 20th century to the present and creating rural conservation. The study of new building in the village with historic buildings should give guidance to designers, architects and investors, as they should situate and design of new buildings in a village setting, that these works do not disrupt the integrity of the village and historic look. All this work is linked with photographs and drawings that visualize the theme of the issue.
