Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Učitel mateřské školy z pohledu odborné i rodičovské veřejnosti" se zabývá tím, jak je vnímám muž v profesi učitele mateřské školy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a na praktickou část. V teoretické části definuji pojmy, které se s tímto tématem pojí. Blíže proto vymezím, kdo je to učitel, jaké jsou kompetence učitele, vysvětlím pojem gender, genderové stereotypy a genderovou identitu. Také je práce zaměřena na historii pedagogiky z hlediska genderu a rovněž i na současnou situaci v předškolním vzdělávání. Praktická část následně navazuje na teoretickou část a prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zkoumá, jaký je pohled rodičovské a odborné veřejnosti na muže v pozici učitele mateřské školy.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Kindergarten teacher from the perspective of professional and parental public" deals with how is man perceived as teacher in preprimary school. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The definition of terms related to the topic are defined in theoretical part. I define terms teacher, teacher's competences, also I explain terms as gender, gender stereotypes and gender identity. I focus on history of education from the gender perspective and present situation in preprimary education. Practical part relates to theoretical part and through questionaire practical part founds, how is man teacher perceived by parents and teachers.
