Abstract:

Prášilová, A. Kvalita a nabídka ubytovacích služeb venkovských destinací na vybra-ných rezervačních portálech. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou a nabídkou ubytovacích služeb venkov-ských destinací na vybraných rezervačních portálech. V rámci hodnocení součas-ného stavu bylo provedeno zhodnocení krajských webových portálů a také samot-ných rezervačních portálů. Na základě této analýzy bylo identifikováno 10 kraj-ských turistických portálů, které svým uživatelům nabízejí ubytování ve venkov-ských destinacích. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byla zkoumána míra důležitosti u faktorů ovlivňující respondenty před a při rezervování ubytování. Míra důležitos-ti těchto faktorů byla analyzována na pětibodové Likertově škále. Vliv faktorů byl vyhodnocen v závislosti na použitém rezervačním portálu, segmentu, s nímž re-spondenti navštívili venkovskou destinaci, a lokalitě rezervovaného ubytování, a to pomocí Kruskal-Wallisového testu. Následně byly identifikovány dva shluky pomocí shlukové analýzy. Se šesti zástupci shluků proběhly hloubkové rozhovory, na základě kterých byly prokázány slabé a silné stránky rezervačních ubytovacích portálů, čímž mohly být formulovány i návrhy ke zlepšení.

The diploma thesis deals with the quality and offer of accommodation ser-vices in rural destinations on selected booking portals. In the framework of the evaluation of the current state of the regional web portals and the booking portals themselves were evaluated. Based on this analysis, 10 regional tourist portals were identified which offer accommodation in rural destinations to their users. Using a questionnaire survey, the level of importance for factors influencing re-spondents before and when booking accommodation was investigated. The de-gree of importance of these factors was analyzed on a five-point Likert scale. The influence of the factors was evaluated depending on the booking portal used, the segment with which the respondents visited the rural destination, and the location of the accommodation booked, using the Kruskal-Wallis test. Two clusters were subsequently identified using cluster analysis. In-depth interviews were conduct-ed with six representatives of the clusters to demonstrate the weaknesses and strengths of the accommodation booking portals and to formulate suggestions for improvement.
