Anotace:

This thesis explores how behavioural economics can inform inclusive policy design to address inequality and social exclusion. Grounded in Nudge Theory and Bounded Rationality, it synthesises evidence from health, education, finance, sanitation, and welfare. A conceptual frame-work is proposed to align behavioural tools with structural reform. The study introduces a behavioural policy intervention aimed at increasing health insurance uptake among informal workers. By combining re-framing, default structuring, and implementation intention, the inter-vention addresses cognitive and contextual barriers. The study offers practical guidance for policymakers and contributes to scholarship on behavioural approaches to inclusive development.
