Táto diplomová práca pojednáva hlavne o rozviazaní pracovného pomeru okamžitým zrušením, ako jedným zo spôsobov skončenia pracovného pomeru. Zákon tento spôsob pripúšťa len výnimočne a za presne stanovených podmienok ako u zamestnávateľa, tak aj u zamestnanca.
