Tématem této bakalářské práce je modernizace Severoamerické dohody o volném obchodu. Hlavním cílem práce je určit změny a porovnat dopady způsobené modernizací dohody NAFTA na USMCA pro zemědělský sektor USA. Práce nejprve komplexně analyzuje obsah původní a modernizované verze dohody, čímž posuzuje charakter změn způsobených modernizací a také vymezuje postavení zemědělství v rámci obou dohod.
