Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců“ je zaměřena na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v organizaci. V teoretické části analyzujeme procesy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Za jakých podmínek a zdrojů hledat uchazeče, vybrání správné metody získávání, jak zformulovat a kam vložit inzerci o volné pracovní pozici. Poté výběr zaměstnanců, kde jsou důležitá kritéria výběru a celý proces výběru zaměstnanců, výběr vhodné metody a správné rozhodnutí. V praktické části analyzuji metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem této práce je analyzovat proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě a provést jeho srovnání s teoretickými východisky. Výsledkem práce je, že vybraná organizace využívá plně jen několik málo metod procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a u získávání zaměstnanců převažují pasivnější metody.

Abstract:

This thesis for the award of a Bachelor’s Degree on the theme “Recruiting and Selection of Employees” presents the process of recruiting and selecting employees in an organization. In the theoretical part, we analyze the process of recruiting and selecting employees. We also analyze under what conditions and with what use of resources to seek prospective employees, how to choose the right method of recruiting, and how to formulate and where to put an advertisement about a job vacancy. We analyze selection of employees where we acknowledge the importance of criteria of selection and the entire process of employee selection; but also how to choose a suitable method and how to make the right decision. In the practical part, I analyze methods of recruiting and selection of employees in a given organization. The aim of this work is to analyze the process of recruiting and selecting employees in a particular organization and to contrast their methods with theoretical solutions. The outcome of this work is that the chosen organization only utilizes a small number of methods of recruiting and selecting employees in full and mainly passive methods are being used during recruitment of employees.
