Cílem této práce je odhalení slabých míst v oblasti vedení a motivace zaměstnanců společnosti SVĚT PLODŮ s.r.o. K tomuto účelu bude uskutečněno výzkumné šetření, které se bude skládat z dotazníku pro zaměstnance společnosti a z rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky. The aim of this thesis is to reveal the weak points in the area of leadership and motivation of employees in the company SVĚT PLODŮ s.r.o.
