The thesis summarizes basic techniques of adaptive practice, describes possibilities of learning facts with emphasis on biology domain followed by discussion of potential open data sources usable for practicing. Based on these summaries, design and implementation of web application for adaptive practice of biological factual knowledge is carried out.
