Nursing Process in the Care of Pacient with Bronchogenic Carcinoma after Surgery

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta s bronchogenním karcinomem po chirurgickém zákroku. Následně dle jeho pooperačního stavu byly stanoveny diagnózy podle NANDA-I Taxonomie II. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je rozčleněna na dvě hlavní kapitoly. V první se věnuji medicínskému pohledu na onemocnění, tedy etiologii, klinickému obrazu, diagnostice, prevenci, léčbě a komplikacím. Druhá kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na ošetřovatelství v chirurgii, přípravu pacienta, perioperační péči, dechovou rehabilitaci, péči o operační ránu a hrudní drenážní systém. Podrobněji je popsána perioperační péče od jejího zahájení až po ukončení a následně přeložení na standartní oddělení, kde je specifická péče zaměřena na hrudní drenážní systém a operační ránu. Praktická část je věnovaná péči o pacienta s bronchogenním karcinomem, který byl plánovaně přijat k zákroku. Na základě stanovené ošetřovatelské anamnézy byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, kdy šest z nich bylo podrobněji zpracováno. U každé z nich byly následně vytvořeny ošetřovatelské intervence, které byly realizovány a následně zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a nursing care process for patients with bronchogenic carcinoma after surgical intervention. Subsequently, nursing diagnoses were determined according to NANDA-I Taxonomy II, based on the patient's postoperative condition. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the medical perspective of the disease, including etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and complications. The second chapter of the theoretical part is focused on nursing care in surgery, including patient preparation, perioperative care, respiratory rehabilitation, care of the surgical wound, and chest drainage system. Perioperative care from initiation to completion and subsequent transfer to the standard ward, where specific care is focused on the chest drainage system and surgical wound, is described in detail. The practical part is dedicated to the care of a patient with bronchogenic carcinoma who was scheduled for surgery. Nursing diagnoses were determined based on the nursing history, and six of them were further elaborated. Nursing interventions were subsequently developed for each diagnosis, implemented, and evaluated.
