Tato diplomová práce se zabývá novým trestem zákazu držení a chovu zvířat, jeho kontrolou, výkonem a s ním souvisejícími instituty. V Úvodu práce dochází k vymezení problematiky, na jejímž základu je práce rozdělena do 12 kapitol jako tematických celků. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on a new sentence of animal act and related in-stitutes. In the introduction, specifics of the issue are defined, and all 12 chapters of thesis are based on it in thematic blocks. In the first chapter, the author explains key concepts of Czech criminal law. Next chapters are focused on explanation of its sentence and control.
