Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá ženami, které začaly podnikat během rodičovské dovolené. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, popsat a vysvětlit, jak ženy, které začaly během rodičovské dovolené podnikat, vnímají svou kariérovou změnu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a empirickou. This master thesis deals with women who started to do business during the parental leave. The aim of the thesis was to find out, describe and explain, how women who started to do business during the parental leave perceive their career change.
