Food and eating habits in classical literature
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stravou v antickém světě, a to s použitím antické literatury, mytologie, jedné kuchařské knihy a moderních pramenů. Cílem práce je vylíčit stravovací návyky národů, jež prostřednictvím své kultury ve velké míře ovlivnily celý moderní svět, a hlavně na základě pramenů zjistit pro Evropu původní potraviny.
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with food in antiquity and eating habits of people, who had made a great impact on modern society. The main goal is to discover origins of the food stuff, which is native to Europe and its meaning.
