Czech market of shares analysis - market organizers
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá českým trhem akcií se zaměřením na organizátory trhu a jejich srovnání. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části se zabývá finančním trhem jako takovým s vysvětlením fungování burzovního a mimoburzovního trhu. Včetně právního rámce. V praktické části charakterizuji jednotlivé organizátory trhu. Práce je uzavřena srovnáním organizátorů trhu a zhodnocením výsledků.
Abstract:
This work deals with czech market of shares with a view to market organizers and their juxtaposition. Work is divided into two parts. In theoretical part deals with financial market in itself with explication of behaviour of stock market and OTC market. Including legal framework.
