Comparison of the approach of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU towards human rights within the frame of fight against terrorism
Abstract:
Cílem práce je srovnat přístup Evropského parlamentu a Rady EU k problematice lidských práv v rámci boje proti terorismu. Snažila jsem se verifikovat svou hypotézu, že Evropský parlament klade větší důraz na lidská práva než Rada. Výzkum spočívá v analýze tří legislativních aktů, kde jsem se zaměřila na posudky Evropského parlamentu a Rady k předkládaným legislativním návrhům.
Abstract:
The thesis aims to compare the approach of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU towards human rights within the frame of fight against terrorism. I tried to verify my hypothesis, that the European Parliament points out human rights more than the Council of the EU.
