Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce z oblasti zážitkové pedagogiky vznikla na bázi využití vlastních zkušeností a poznatků autora jako lektora a trenéra měkkých dovedností a také personálního poradce, který obě tyto činnost provozuje od roku 2007 jako OSVČ. Dalším zdrojem této práce byla analýza odborné literatury a restrukturalizace hlavních myšlenek, které byly v rámci tématu publikovány, s terminologickým vymezením. Hlavním cílem práce je přiblížení významu kompetencí lektora ve vzdělávání dospělých, jehož nedílnou součástí oblast zážitkové pedagogiky beze sporu je, a vymezení jejich důležitosti na základě empirického výzkumu zaměřeného na tři skupiny respondentů, kterými jsou účastníci vzdělávacích akcí, lektoři a zadavatelé z řad zástupců organizací, resp. klientů. Rovněž jde o určitou reflexi současné situace v andragogice, kde zážitek je předpokladem pozitivního efektu vzdělávání. Příslušný terminologický rámec v různých kontextech sice existuje, nicméně explicitně nebyl pro oblast lektorských kompetencí ve vazbě na zážitkovou formu vzdělávání dospělých detailně popsán. Práce je členěna do šesti tematických částí. V první kapitole je rozveden význam zážitkové pedagogiky pro vzdělávání dospělých. Další část je pak věnována aktuálnímu stavu vzdělávání dospělých, resp. současným trendům a významu lektorských kompetencí. Následují části, které se týkají lektorských rolí, komparace praktického a teoretického pojetí kompetencí lektorů s doporučeními Evropské Unie a významu herních metod pro zážitkovou pedagogiku. V šesté části jsou detailně uvedeny již zmíněné výstupy empirického šetření lektorských kompetencí.

Abstract:

This thesis in the field of experiential education was based on the author´s own knowledge and experience from his work as an instructor and trainer of soft skills and a personnel advisor, who has been doing both the activities as self-employed since 2007. Another source of this thesis was also analysis of specialized literature and restructuring of the main ideas published about the topic, including the terminology. The main goal of this work is to approach the significance of instructor's skills in adult education, whose integral part the experiential education surely is, and defining its importance based on empirical research focused on three groups of respondents, who were participants in the educational activities, instructors and customers, respectively representatives of the organizations, resp. clients. It also concerns a particular reflection of the current situation in adult education where experience is a prerequisite for the positive effect on education. The particular terminology in various contexts exists, however, it has not been explicitly described in detail in the field of instructor's skills in relation to the experiential form of adult education. The thesis is divided into six thematic sections. The first section elaborated the importance of experiential education in adult education. Another section is devoted to the current state of adult education, respectively the current trends and importance of instructor's skills. The following sections are related to instructor's roles, comparison of practical and theoretical concepts of instructor's skills and recommendations of the European Union and the importance of game techniques for experiential education. In the sixth section, the previously mentioned output of the empirical research of the instructor's skills is described in detail.
