Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje diagnostice mnohočetného myelomu a extramedulárního onemocnění pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie. V teoretické části je komplexně popsáno onemocnění mnohočetný myelom a extramedulární onemocnění. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the diagnosis of multiple myeloma and extramedullary myeloma using mass spectrometry. The theoretical part comprehensively describes multiple myeloma and extramedullary myeloma. The principle of mass spectrometry, MALDI TOF MS, statistical multidimensional methods and artificial neural networks is also described.
