Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se v první části zabývá základní charakteristikou viru SARS-CoV-2, taxonomií, strukturou a replikací viru. Druhá část této práce se zabývá laboratorní diagnostikou onemocnění covid-19. Podrobně jsou popsány diagnostické postupy se zaměřením na základní principy real-time PCR (qPCR) a antigenního testování. Na závěr je rozebrána vhodnost jejich využití v praxi. Abstract:
In the first part, the bachelor thesis deals with the basic characteristics of the SARS-CoV-2, its taxonomy, structure and replication. In the second part, the thesis focuses on laboratory diagnosis of Covid-19. The procedures and basic principles of the real-time PCR (qPCR) and antigen testing are described in detail in this part and there are also discussed their specificity and appropriate use in …more
