Neurotic disorders of children´s age

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce nese název Neurotické poruchy v dětském věku. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je tvořena třemi kapitolami. První se věnuje vymezení neurotických poruch a vysvětlení základních pojmů. Popisuje specifičnost dětských neuróz a jejich nejčastější symptomy. V první kapitole jsou též nastíněny nejčastější strachy a úzkosti u dětí v závislosti na věku, od narození až po období pubescence. Zdůrazněna je též důležitost harmonické rodiny jako významný faktor pro duševní vývoj. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na faktory vzniku neurotických poruch a jejich etiologii, především na historický vývoj pohledu na ni. V závěru kapitoly je zmínka o možné prevenci dětských neuróz. Třetí kapitola se zabývá klasifikací neurotických poruch podle MKN-10. Jsou v ní detailně popsány jednotlivé poruchy od fobicko-úzkostných až po ty se specifickým vznikem v dětství. Praktická část je tvořena průzkumem, s využitím dotazníku MHQ, s cílem zjistit rozložení úzkostných poruch u pubescentů. Dále obsahuje kazuistiku úzkostného chlapce trpícího školní fobií.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is called "Neurotic disorders of children´s age". It is divided into two parts- theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part is made of chapters. The first chapter is focused to neurotic disorders and explanation of basic concepts. There are also described the specificity of children neurosis and it's most frequent symptoms. There is also explained, what are the most common fears and anxiety in children's age, depending of age, from birth up to pubescence. The importance of family is highlighted as a relevant element for mental evolution. The second chapter points one's look to elements of issue of neurotic disorders and their etiology, mainly a historical evolution of perspective of it. In the end of this chapter, there are mentioned possibilities of prevention of children neurosis. The third chapter deals with classification of neurotic disorders according to ICD-10. There are described disorders in detail, starting with phobic- anxious disorder, ending with others with specific rudiments in childhood. Practical part contains a survey, using the MHQ-questionnaire. The target of this survey was to find out the situation of anxious disorders in age of pubescence. There is also casuistic of an anxious boy suffer from school phobia.
